"Muñeka, through the Power in Postpartum program, helped me rediscover the benefits of working out. It was a short program but it made me feel like going back to the gym on a regular basis once again!

Working out at home is now an option for me as well, given the tools provided to us by Muñeka. More power to women empowering other women!"

"At first I thought the cost of the program was really pricey, but I decided to try it anyway because I really just wanted a way to get back into the gym. After working with Muneka, I now feel she was worth every cent. She made me feel so comfortable especially when being postpartum l've been so vulnerable about my body and trying to accept all the changes it has gone through. She was fun to work with and be around and she made coming to the classes worth it.

It's exactly what I wanted too - someone to keep me accountable. With her being a mother too, she was very relatable and I felt like she also cared about her clients and wanted the best for us too. Leaving the program, I feel motivated to continue being consistent with staying active."

"It's a great program for mothers. Our island needs more programs like this which cater to mothers. There isn't much, probably non-existent, out there for mothers who want these kinds of resources not just postpartum but also for during pregnancy and to prepare for birth. I definitely feel there is a strong need and demand for more mother-oriented classes."
